On the 25th of March, 2025, CGC Naya Savera Foundation conducted an enlightening session on Women
Hygiene at Jyoti Sarup Kanya Asra, a girls' orphanage in Kharar. The session aimed to equip the
girls with essential knowledge regarding personal hygiene and health.
Dr. Shital, a gynecologist from Grecian Hospital, led the session and offered valuable insights into maintaining proper hygiene practices. She emphasized the significance of menstrual hygiene and explained ways to prevent common infections. Her talk covered practical methods for cleanliness, early detection of health concerns, and the importance of seeking medical help when required.

The session fostered an interactive environment where participants actively engaged by asking questions and sharing their experiences. Dr. Shital addressed their queries with empathy and ensured the girls felt comfortable discussing sensitive topics.
