On October 16, 2024, the CGC Jhanjeri CGC Naya Savera Foundation, in collaboration with Grecian Hospital and Sahayata Welfare Society, Chandigarh, organized a Breast Cancer Awareness Session and Pink Walk Rally. The event aimed to educate participants about breast cancer, highlighting the importance of early detection, prevention, and regular screenings.
Medical experts from Grecian Hospital provided valuable insights on identifying symptoms, self-examination techniques, and adopting a healthy lifestyle to reduce risks. Following the awareness session, a Pink Walk Rally was held to show solidarity with breast cancer patients and spread awareness among the community. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty, showcasing CGC Jhanjeri's dedication to health awareness and social welfare.
